Terms of Service

By creating an account or using Krest-AI (the “Service”), operated by Krest Engineers (“we”, “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

Krest-AI generates early-stage, AI-assisted site development concepts on real parcel data. Generated output is conceptual only.

The Service is not a surveying, civil engineering, architecture, or zoning-verification service, and nothing it produces constitutes professional engineering work, a construction document, a survey, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for verifying all dimensions, constraints, and regulations with licensed professionals before relying on any output.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and your organization’s workspace.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a subscription basis. AI generations are metered per plan; overage charges on eligible plans are confirmed before they are incurred. We may enforce rate limits and usage caps to protect the Service. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

You may not abuse, reverse-engineer, resell, or disrupt the Service; attempt to bypass usage limits or entitlements; or use the Service to violate any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

You retain ownership of the prompts you submit and, to the extent permitted by law, the generated concepts for your projects. We retain all rights in the Service itself. Parcel and flood data presented in the Service originate from public data sources and remain subject to their respective terms.

AI-generated concepts may be incomplete, inaccurate, or infeasible. See our AI Disclaimer for details. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Krest Engineers is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for decisions made in reliance on generated output. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate the Service for breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination do so.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
