AI Disclaimer
Last updated: June 11, 2026
The short version
AI-generated concept. Not a substitute for licensed surveying, civil engineering, or zoning verification.
What our generated plans are
Krest-AI uses large language models to produce early-stage site development concepts — building footprints, parking, roads, and lot layouts — on real parcel boundaries. They are intended to help you explore what might fit on a site in minutes instead of weeks.
What they are not
Generated concepts are not surveys, engineering drawings, architectural plans, construction documents, zoning determinations, or flood studies. They have not been reviewed, sealed, or approved by a licensed professional, and they must never be used for permitting, construction, or financial commitments without independent professional verification.
Known limitations
AI output can be wrong. Dimensions, setbacks, counts, and areas may be inaccurate or infeasible. Concepts do not account for easements, utilities, topography, deed restrictions, environmental constraints, or current local ordinances unless explicitly stated — and even then, must be verified.
Data sources
Parcel boundaries and attributes come from county open-data sources (appraisal districts) and may be outdated or imprecise. Flood-zone overlays come from the FEMA National Flood Hazard Layer and are provided for reference only — they are not a flood study or an official flood determination.
Where you'll see this disclaimer
Every surface that renders a generated plan — the editor, public share pages, and exported files — carries a “Concept” badge and this disclaimer. If you encounter a generated plan without one, please report it to support@krestengineers.com.
